How do STRAYE shoes fit compared to other brands?
Most of our models, including the Logan and Venice, fit true to size. If you are between sizes or prefer a roomier feel for skating, we recommend sizing up by half a size.

How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for skate shoes?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the shoes are in brand new, unworn condition with original packaging. Please note that shoes used for skating cannot be returned.
