We want you to be 100% stoked on your STRAYE gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure your sneakers are in brand-new condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your unworn shoes back in their original STRAYE box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
